Monster Trucks in Brighton!!

The Monster Trucks came to Brighton last night. It is a little town about 30 minutes from us. I worked and didn't get to go but Darin took the kids with his cousin Roger and met my brother and nephew there. Usually, when it is an outside show it is so much better. Unfortunately, this was not the case this time.

Darin found that the guys were just having too many problems with their trucks and so they were all afraid to give a good show. One guy blew his transmission.

Regardless...the kids had fun and that is all that matters.

This part of the whole night is Dalton's favorite besides the trucks. The motor cross stunt driver's. Darin said the one guy was fantastic. That was the best part of the whole night.

The monsters doing some stuff. Everyone I have talked to said that it was a very unimpressive night and next time they will be skipping it. I guess even the demolition derby kinda sucked.

Guess I'm glad I went to work.

Monster Truck Madness!!!

Tonight we took the kids to the monster trucks at the KRock centre in Kingston. Tyson has never been and Dalton has seen them about 6 times I guess. It is something he loves to watch. We went with Mike and Tina and Jocelyn and their nephew. It was a good time.
This is Jocelyn. She loves my kids. Tyson was freaked out at first but got better as the night went on.
Can you tell it is about 945pm?? And he is getting tired??




This was the beginning before they had started the trucks and he was just watching thinking they were all cool!
My kids liked the 4 wheeler racing. Dalton liked the dirt bike jumping that used to do in the middle better than this. Maybe next time I have to say it wasn't the greatest just watching them drive around in circles.
Dalton loved Bigfoot and he won all the challenges for the night.
This was the pit party at the beginning before the show started. We got a few pictures. Dalton liked the transformer car show in the middle of the challenges. It was neat.

Monster Truck Madness!!!

Dalton went to the monster tuck show tonight! He has been looking forward to going for over a month since I got the tickets. Johnathan and Daddy and Poppa went with him so he was so excited! I got to go last night with one of the individuals from work that I support. We had a great time especially the pit party! He got to wander around all the trucks and get autographs, pictures and actually touch the trucks so he was really excited!

This is the driver of TAMXX! Dalton liked this truck because it was already in bad shape which meant he had crashed before!

This was the driver of Prowler, he liked this one because he has a small one that he plays with all the time!!

And this is called Category 5. If you look the second person from the back is Dalton and Johnathan is sitting beside him at the back.
He managed to watch the whole show, get an autographed poster of everyone and have a great time! There was a little sharing problem that night but nothing a little withdrawal won't cure! That and his mother teaching him how nice it isn't to share. Let's say it's a lesson he won't forget anytime soon!
